Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you've named) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal link in our website footer, which takes you to account.shippytape.com to submit your request, or contact us at hello@shippytape.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
If you withdraw from this contract, we'll reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we're informed of your decision to withdraw. We'll use the same payment method as your original transaction, unless you've agreed otherwise, and you won't incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back or you've supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever comes first.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
