We ask that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the following in your email:

Short Description of the reason for return or exchange request
Style/Color (if applicable) of what you would like to exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defects and/or Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
